Take curd in deep bowl add turmeric powder, chopped green chillies and garam masala,cumin powder ,salt and all purpose flour and mix well
Add 2 tbsp water mix and set aside
Heat 2 tbsp oil, add bay leaf,pepper corn,cloves and cardamom and cumin seeds
Now add ginger and garlic paste and saute
Now add curd mixture on low heat
Now add fresh chopped corriender and stir and cook
Add paneer cubes and mix gentaly
Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Finally add hand ful chopped corrinder simmer for 30 seconds on low heat
Paneer Dhaniya is ready to serve,serve hot for more taste
